Making a birth plan can be overwhelming, even for the most organized family! Let the expert take the guess work out, leaving you with a detailed, and professional birth plan!
This service is more than just typing out your birth plan. It's an educational session where we will discuss the numerous options you have, and I will present evidence based information on each. Included is one initial consult via phone or email, followed by up to 3 hours of professional birth planning. We will discuss specific interventions you want and don't want. Feeding choices, labor, delivery, and postpartum requests, and I can answer any questions you or your partner may have. Afterwards I will type up and email a detailed professional plan for you to print and give to your provider and care team. You can be sure that your wishes will be conveyed in a polite, respectful, and 'quick to read' manner.
